1. Place your service order & add any extras you require.
2. Choose your preferred shipping option at checkout & pay.
3. You will then receive a confirmation email containing your order details. Please check this is correct.
4. You can print this and include it with the package, or write a note with your personal details to place inside your package.
5. Safely package up your item(s) for the journey to us.
6. Once we receive your item(s) we will begin your service request.
7. Once completed, we will arrange delivery as per your details; If you selected postal delivery, this will be automatically arranged to the return address. If you selected 'collection', then we will call you to arrange.
8. Enjoy your shoes!

Premier Clean: 3-7  Working Days 

We'll let you know if we can complete your job faster, or if it may take a little more time, as every shoe is different. 

We have four shipping options to choose from: 

Collect & Return My Order.
 

We will send our courier on your chosen day to collect your item(s). Once your service is complete we will call you and arrange a date for our courier to return your item(s) to you.

Cost = £20. 
 

I'll Dropoff & Collect My Order.

If you’re local to us you may want to drop off your item(s) and collect them when they are finished. If you are in a local pickup & drop off area, one of our drivers may be able to meet you. (See Local Pickup & Dropoff Areas Below)

Cost = FREE.

I'll Post My Order, You Send It Back.

Package up your items safely (we recommend a tracked/signed service) and post them back to us with your own courier. Once your service is completed we will send everything back via our courier.

Cost = £10.
